Owensboro Cares – A Benefit Concert for Hurricane Relief

Come have a good time for a great cause at Owensboro Cares, a special benefit concert to aid in the relief efforts of those affected by the devastation of the recent hurricanes in the south, on Friday, September 29 at the Owensboro Convention Center!

FREE Admission!  Party with music by Nashville’s, the 12 South Band, Owensboro’s own Blackford Creek, and Henderson natives Five After Five!

Doors open at 6pm, and music kicks off at 7pm!  Food and drink specials available too!

Monetary donations will be accepted at the event.  All net proceeds will go to benefit the Red Cross Disaster Relief.  


The event is a partnership between the Owensboro Convention Center, American Red Cross, Kentucky Legend, Bud Light, Weedman, and Cromwell Radio. The Kentucky Region of the American Red Cross currently has Red Cross personnel on site in Texas assisting with the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and in Florida assisting with the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.
