The 4th installment of Cork & Cuisine on Thursday, June 11 transports attendees to South America.  Into the Jungle is an exclusive and unique wine-pairing event catered to selections from South America.

Cork & Cuisine is a reservations-only event with limited seating. Reservations required.

Feijoada, a stew of cooked meat (beef and pork) and black beans

Ecuadorian Prawn and Micro Green Salad with Passion Fruit Vinaigrette

(can be served without the prawns)

Chilean Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc Sauce

Seared Argentine Cut of Beef with Blackberry Demi-Glace

Peruvian Pastel de Papas – Layered Potatoes with Queso Serrano
